At Figured'Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your creative projects. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition and packaging, including all brushes, paints, and canvas materials.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned kit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
